Greg from Fortus Pilates emailed us last year promoting their new Pilates Reformer that they were bringing to market, at first we glanced over the email and moved on, only to follow up and have a conversation over the phone to see what they were up to and what plans they had to build their brand and distribute this affordable pilates reformer across Canada and eventually into the USA.

We were impressed with the initiative they had taken and the vision of Fortus Pilates to bring a more affordable and good quality reformer into peoples homes and into Pilates studios! Through this conversation, we were sent a demo reformer to test out and provide Studio use feedback on. After testing out the reformer, we provided some feedback on how to improve the unit, and also decided to buy 2 more for our studio! See a quick tour of our pilates private space here:

Our clients have enjoyed working on this machine and so far they have stood the test of heavy studio use (10-15 hour long Pilates sessions per day). We did have one issue with the jump board cracking, but this was due to incorrect installation of the jump board before use. Even so, Greg at Fortus Pilates was more than willing and able to help us out and replace the unit. We would definitely consider the customer service at Fortus Pilates to be one of their best attributes in out experience!
