Introducing our Neu Pilates feature Teacher series. First up is Marikah! Marikah Lives in Los Angeles and teaches at multiple different fitness studios in the big city of LA, including Equinox, Heated Room, Artha Wellness and OPVS Fitness. She teaches various styles of fitness and exercises including Yoga, HIIT, and Pilates.
